Actor Kazem Afrandnia to undergo operation today

TEHRAN – Actor Kazem Afrandnia will undergo an operation today after he had a stroke a few days ago, his son said on Saturday. 

“My father has been admitted to the ICU in Tehran’s Shohada-ye Tajrish Hospital and will have an operation today according to the doctors,” Abrash said in a press release on Saturday.

The doctors will decide about his situation after the operation, he added.

Afrandnia has played in many films and several TV series including “Killing the Rabid Dogs” (2001) by Bahram Beizai, “Kanimanga” (1987) by Seifollah Daad and “Mirza Noruz’ Shoes” (1985) by Mohammad Motavasselani.
